In accordance with the decision of the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) with No. 966/2 – Government Gazette 5266/Β/30-11-2020, we would like to inform you that calls to 1077 are subject to the Tariff Policy applied by each mobile and fixed telecommunications network operator. Road Safety Services

Nea Egnatia Odos places road safety at the core of its operations.

To this end, we offer drivers a range of services, including:

  1. The four-digit emergency number 1077, which drivers may call either from their mobile phone* or from the emergency phones located along the motorway and tunnels.
  2. 24/7 Road Safety Patrols, operating continuously along the entire length of the motorway and providing continuous assistance to drivers.
  3. Fully equipped Motorway and Tunnel Traffic Management Centers with advanced systems for safe traffic regulation and prompt incident management.
  4. SOS emergency telephones installed along the tunnels, allowing users to contact the Traffic Management Centers free of charge.
  5. Free roadside assistance for broken-down vehicles, ensuring their safe removal and transfer to designated locations to prevent traffic disruption.
